DUBLIN, Ohio, June 18, 2012 — Cardinal Health today announced Food and Drug Administration (FDA) clearance (K120542) for use of its DuraBlue™ Sterilization Wrap with Ethylene Oxide sterilizers. With this latest clearance, DuraBlue™ Sterilization Wrap is FDA cleared for use with the most sterilization modalities of any sterilization wrap in the U.S. market.

DuraBlue™ Sterilization Wrap is made with non-woven, polypropylene SMS technology for strength, durability and microbial protection. DuraBlue™ Sterilization Wrap is available in six color-coded basis weight models, providing durable protection for everything from lightweight linen packs to heavy instrument trays weighing up to 25 pounds.
