Cardinal Health plans to test the use of drones with Zipline International Inc. to deliver medications, inhalers and other items to U.S. pharmacies – with the goal of saving time and transport costs. Pending Federal Aviation Administration approvals, the pilot program will begin next year outside Charlotte, N.C.
