The newly expanded Cardinal Health Jackson-Pratt® Wound Drain portfolio includes a wide variety of PVC and silicone drains, bulb and three-spring reservoirs, and accessories to meet specific patient needs. Larger-sized 28Fr and 32Fr channel drains, stainless steel trocars for use with silicone drains, center-perforated round silicone drains and additional 100cc bulb kit configurations are among the newly added products.
The expanded family of Jackson-Pratt® Wound Drain products now also includes a variety of sizes of latex penrose drains, a passive, or open, drainage system used in conjunction with a wound dressing.
The category continues to include the patented Jackson-Pratt® Hemaduct® Drain, with its unique system of multiple channels and lumens that are interconnected through a series of internal portals. The design promotes more effective distribution of suction over the entire drain and ease of removal.
