HR News: Why belonging matters

In a recent interview with HR News, a digital publication of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Cardinal Health CHRO Ola Snow spoke about the importance of creating a sense of belonging at work. “A sense of belonging really comes down to whether or not you have the trust of your employees," she said.
