Cardinal Health is proud to have joined more than 220 other companies in signing the Human Rights Campaign’s (HRC’s) Freedom for All American’s Business Statement on Anti-LGBTQ+ Legislation.
The HRC Business Statement reads, in part, “Our businesses strongly embrace diversity and inclusion because we want everyone who works for us or does business with us to feel included and welcomed as their true, authentic selves. Fairness, equal treatment, and opportunity are central to our corporate values because we care about our employees and the customers we serve. What’s more, these values also matter to our bottom lines. Inclusive business practices lead to more productive and engaged employees, increased customer satisfaction; and, ultimately, improved competitiveness and financial performance.”
Diversity, equity and inclusion are key to the Cardinal Health culture, and we maintain an unwavering focus on building an environment where everyone can bring 100% of themselves to work every day. We believe that it’s critical to have a federal standard that ensures that all employees are treated equally and fairly, no matter where they live or work.
